Coastal Services uses the simple process of Electrostatics. Electrostatic Spray Technology has been utilized for many years in the automobile painting process and applying pesticides in the farming industry. 

By utilizing atomized electrostatic sprayers to apply disinfectant Coastal Services is able to provide the maximum coverage to our customers while actually using less product than if applied in a more traditional method. This is possible because the disinfectant is forced through an electrostatic nozzle with air pressure causing tiny droplets to form. An electrode in the tip of the nozzle applies an electrical charge to each atomized droplet as it leaves the sprayer. Each tiny droplet now has a negative charge and is drawn to the positive charge of all surfaces. Due to this magnetic attraction the disinfectant will efficiently coat around, under and between items.
